It was an absolute honour to dedicate our school library to the memory of Roy Mills and the Glorious Glosters who fought during the Korean War. We were privileged to welcome Roy's wife and family to our ceremony yesterday along with Mr and Mrs Koo from the 6.25 foundation, Roger Sterry, Mayor of Cinderford, Matt Bishop, MP, representatives from the Korean Embassy along with veterans from the Royal Gloucestershire Regimental Association and the Royal British Legio. Our library monitors did a fantastic job sharing a poem about the Glorious Glosters. This incredible event has been followed by local news.
