School Receives High Praise from OFSTED

Forest View Primary School has once again been highly praised by OFSTED following its most recent inspection in which the school maintained its status of being good.

The inspection which took place on the 6th February 2019 praised school leaders in the way that they bring about positive changes to the school and the education that it provides ensuring that all teachers have the highest expectations of what pupils can achieve.

The OFSTED inspector noted that leaders and governors have built a learning community where staff strive to help all children learn and develop. The head teacher together with his leadership team are keen that pupils should not only receive a high standard of education but should also learn to be healthy, respectful and engaged members of society.

Head Teacher, Ben Lyons, commented: “This latest inspection once again demonstrates that Forest View is a school that the whole community can be proud of. Staff work tirelessly every day to make sure that the learning experiences for children are the best that they can be and that the children feel safe and are well-cared for. It is fantastic that the school has been recognised again for the work that it does with all of our children and wider families.”

The school’s short inspection letter can be found on the OFSTED website or on the school’s website:
